General Laborer - Hourly

What You’ll Do:

Use basic tools and equipment safely (laminator, floor scraper, pallet jack, spray gun, shovel, etc.)

Once trained, you may also use machines like a scrap grinder, garbage compactor, baler, or mattress wrapping machine

Clean work areas and equipment, both inside and outside the building

Move materials to and from workstations

Box or wrap mattresses, foam slabs, and other products

Take scrap to the dumpster or garbage compactor

Help with loading and unloading trucks

Grind and bag scrap foam

Work with maintenance crews on projects when needed

Fill out simple records or reports as needed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Able to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team

Comfortable lifting items and doing physical work

Willing to learn new tasks and take on different types of worke
